3. Vendor Responsibilities

We reserve the right to remove vendors who breach these standards.

- The content does not infringe any third-party rights
You remain fully responsible for any content you submit.

6. Licence to Use Content
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
- publish
- display
- reproduce
- edit
- share
your content across the Website, Social Media, and marketing materials.
This licence remains in place even if your listing is removed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, design, and materials on the Website (excluding vendor-submitted content) are owned by or licensed to us.
You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Website for commercial purposes without written permission.
8. Listings, Advertising & Payments
Where applicable:
- Listings and advertising are provided on a paid or agreed basis
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- We do not guarantee leads, bookings, or performance
Failure to pay invoices may result in removal of listings or content.
9. Data Protection
Where you receive enquiries or personal data through the Website:
- You act as an independent data controller
- You must comply with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws
- You must handle personal data securely and lawfully
We are not responsible for your handling of personal data once shared with you.
10. Disclaimer

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the preceding 12 months.
