How do you pull off a wedding that’s breezy and beachy, but also gives off ethereal wood nymph vibes? You have a Kailua wedding in Hawaii! Male’ana Gardens is a venue on the east side of Oahu that combines the best of what Hawaii has to offer: a stunning private beach on the edge of a thick, lush rainforest. This Kailua wedding inspiration was set in the spirit of a small, very intimate and romantic wedding. To feel like you have your very own slice of paradise all to yourself, an enclosed garden setting like this is key.
Rae Marshall captured amazing photos of the natural beauty of this venue, and I was especially blown away by the covered dinner area. Just… wow. Talk about enchanting! The abundance of greenery and white flowers draped over the structure combined with the breezy white linen drapery… your jaw will drop before you even peek inside. But once you do, you’re met with pure elegance from the crystal chandeliers to the rustic candelabras and gorgeous floral arrangements. Oh, and they absolutely slayed my favorite wedding trend of the season: the naked cake. Between the lace and the red rose accent, this cake looks as gorgeous and sweet as the bride herself.
