If Tennessee isn’t first in mind for a romantic destination wedding location, we have a real wedding to share with you that might just make you think twice. Kristal and Kyle envisioned a tranquil smoky mountain destination wedding for their big day. Christopher Place Resort in Newport, Tennessee provided the perfect backdrop, overlooking the lush green valleys in the Smoky Mountains. The wedding was intimate and elegant with a charm that somehow only a classic southern wedding can manage.
Their soft peach and sage green color palette allowed the natural beauty surrounding them to shine – dense forests, the gardens of the resort, and the pinks of the sunset peeking over the city below.
Christopher Place Resort allowed them to escape the crowds of the city and stay in a gorgeous antebellum bed and breakfast with stunning views of the Rockies right outside their window. So if an intimate wedding is what you’re looking for, with stunning views and tranquil atmosphere overlooking a mountain national park forest – Tennessee might be just what your destination wedding needs! Danielle Harris Photography perfectly captured all the details as this sweet southern couple said their “I do’s”. Enjoy!
