I’ve seen lots of Beauty and the Beast themed wedding features, especially since the release of the blockbuster movie earlier this year. But today’s styled shoot is special because not only is it a take on the wonderful fairytale, it also incorporates something that no other feature has –THE BEACH. Bettina from Busy Bee Events, not only styled this beautiful wedding inspiration but also stars as the model. Bettina shared the inspiration behind this Beauty and the Beast themed wedding:
When the planner becomes the model (and yes, it was predetermined) there’s only one way to go and that’s all out! Not only did I incorporate the love of my life, Martin, but also our fluffiest Peanut The Pom. Martin and I met the old school way — on a blind date where I didn’t even know I was being set up! I guess it was love at first sip of Gin & Tonic for us because we’ve been together ever since! Martin willingly volunteered to be the beast for this style shoot! He is truly a blessing and my rock. We strategically approached each vendor because they each had their own unique flare which we added to each and every scene. I can honestly admit that, as a planner, I wouldn’t have planned it any other way!
This is such a cool and unique styled wedding and I’m so excited to share it with you. Whether or not you believe in fairytales, there’s lots of inspiration to draw from here. A huge thanks goes out to Claudia Rios and all the vendors who collaborated on this amazing photoshoot!
