By the time Suzie got engaged to Steve, she already had a clear vision of the style she wanted for her Cabo wedding. Soft, elegant, sophisticated, and fun. That’s a lot of adjectives. But this wedding embodied every single one of them–down to a tee. For starters, the bride wore an elegant strapless gown with ivory Guipure lace and a cameo pink underlay which delivered both a daring and sophisticated vibe.
The couple exchanged vows under an arch crowned with roses and eucalyptus leaves at the Esperanza Resort’s private beach. After a poolside cocktail hour, guests welcomed the newlyweds with sparklers. The reception took place on the outdoor patio of Esperanza’s Cocina del Mar and it was filled with candlelight, roses, hydrangeas, and crystal chandeliers. I just love all the mint, ivory and blush tones. But perhaps my favorite detail was the locally made glass hearts they gave each guest with the words “Thank You from our hearts“.
In a fun twist, the bride surprised her new hubby with a special San Francisco 49rs groom’s cake. And then after dinner, guests were surprised with a spectacular fireworks show.
When asked why she decided to have a Cabo wedding, the bride said that after one visit she fell in love with Cabo: “It became one of my favorite spots in the world. To me it’s heaven and I couldn’t think of a better place to begin our lives together”. I think you’ll fall in love too after you see these spectacular photos captured by AnnaGomes Photo. Enjoy!
